Mix Tape – The Radio in the Garage

Ladies and gents, welcome to the third volume of the Coughing Bison Mix Tape Collection. If you missed the first two editions, here they are:

Vol. 1 – I Just Wanna Pump… You Up
Vol. 2 – The Songs of Fayette-Nam

This third installment is twangtastic. For as far back as I can remember, my family has always had a radio in the garage. At various points in time, the garage was full of 1950’s rock n’ roll or top 40 hits. But the most frequent melodies came from a steady stream of good ol’ country: Haggard, Twitty, Cash, and company. Here for your listening pleasure is Volume 3 – “The Radio in the Garage.” When I hear these songs, I can close my eyes and magically transport myself back to that garage on a warm, sunny day.
